Product information The Purchaser is fully responsible for that the Product can achieve the results envisaged by the Purchaser and that the delivered Product is suited for the operations contemplated by the Purchaser. The Product is not intended for hiring out. Drawings and description Manuals are in English Delivery The delivery shall be Ex works Hammel (EXW). Payment Payments shall be made to Iban DK5254950002352140, SWIFT FBBKDKKK. The purchase price shall be paid with 30% at the formation of the contract and 70% prior to shipment. Liability for defects (clause 23) The Product is not intended for a daily use of more than 8 hours. If for instance the Product has been in use for 16 hours daily, the Supplier’s liability is limited to defects which appear within a period of 6 months from delivery. The Supplier is not liable for any defects if the Product has been hired out. Disputes and applicable law Any dispute shall be governed and construed in accordance with Danish law, and any dispute shall be settled by the City Court of Aarhus.
